Aside from the titular inquiry, six contemporary artists from around the United States endeavor to both ask and answer numerous other questions. Who creates boundaries? How are these boundaries interpreted? What are the repercussions, if any, from crossing these imagined lines? How does digital media and access to satellite imagery change the way boundaries are perceived?
